  • Where can I find the list of ingredients for Love Calm Teas? 

We list our ingredients on our tea packaging and the product page of the tea on our website

 

  • Do your Teas contain Allergens?

Please read the ingredient list for each of our tea blends on your tea packaging and the product page to make a decision on the suitability of the ingredients for you. 

We source our ingredients for their quality and flavour from all over the world so we cannot guarantee that they have not come in contact with allergens along the way to us. We blend and pack our ingredients in a SALSA accredited UK factory that also handles other ingredients so we cannot guarantee that the ingredients will be free of cross contamination and therefore all blends may contain traces of  allergens including but not limited to gluten, lupin, milk, mustard, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide, sulphites.

 

  • Where can I buy Love Calm Teas from?

You can shop online 24/7 from our website and also through our Etsy store. We also sell through markets and fairs, dates will be updated as and when.

 

  • How long does tea remain fresh?

Tea is best consumed within 12-18 months, however the quality and flavour can decline over time.

 

  • How should I store my tea?

To get the best from your tea, store it in an airtight container, away from strong aromas, in cool dry conditions.

 

  • What kind of flavouring do your teas contain?

We use 100% natural essential oils and flavourings to enhance the taste of ingredients within the tea to create a truly flavourful blend.

 

  • Do your teas contain caffeine

We have a selection of teas that contain caffeine and those that contain low or no caffeine so that you have a range of teas to sip throughout the day depending on your preference.

 

  • How long should I brew tea for?

The recommended time for each of our tea blends is shown on the package and product page. For tea professional tips visit our How to Brew page on getting the best out of each type of tea. 

 

 

 Orders and Returns:

  • Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch your order in 24 hours. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery after dispatch. If you have any problems with your order please send us a message through our contact form and we will try to resolve the problem as best we can.

 

  • How do I return something?

We take the utmost care when packing and shipping your order but sometimes things can go wrong. We are happy to exchange items that are faulty, damaged in transit, or if you have received the wrong item.  

Please note that due to the nature of the product, we only accept returns if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please do not return teas before contacting us to get a return confirmation first.

 If you are unhappy with your tea, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will try to put it right.
