Returns and Exchanges:

We take the utmost care when packing and shipping your order but sometimes things can go wrong. We are happy to exchange items that are faulty, damaged in transit, or if you have received the wrong item. 

Please note that due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. 

If you are unhappy with your tea, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will try to put it right.
